Not only that, but due to the creative and economic use of standard SL prims and only one texture the SPIRITO is virtually lag free and will rez and be seen incredibly fast in comparison to the usual heavily textured builds; giving you an immediate and stunning advantage over your surrounding competition. The SPIRITO BASO is a spacious building with its 10m high walls which creates a sense of awe and intrigue when viewed from either inside or out. Large surface areas also give you the opportunity to be creative with your displays offering your customers the choice and freedom they need to view your products in a delightful environment. Ideal for most plots of land. Although the SPIRITO BASO is large and spacious it has a footprint of just 55m x 40 which will fit comfortably on most small to medium sized plots of land. Low prim build of just 143 prims also allows you maximum use of prims available for your goods and displays. This is a huge build but can be positioned simply, as it comes packed into a REZ-FAUX PACK which enables easy positioning of large objects simply by dragging the pack to where you want it. Simply move the Rez-Faux box and the building will follow it. Then when you're happy with the position, you may save the position and all the components will fix themselves to that exact position. Fully copyable and modifiable! All prims are mod, copy and include the texture which is also mod, copy, so if you wish, you can modify, expand or redesign the unit to your individual needs. Complete with four entrance signs, designed to complement the sleek, elegant lines of the SPIRITO, which can be modified with your own texture signage. Tintable window system. 	Van Helsing style Witches' Hat A Witches' Hat that's not only original and fun to wear but looks cool too! Complete with a wicked Witches' laugh when touched. That was my brief when I set too to create this highly detailed and realistic looking Witches' hat. I've been asked many times to create one and finally; with a little inspiration from Van Helsing (I thought his hat looked really cool and thought 'why can't a Witch be cool?') I created a Witches' hat that even I will wear! Lol. All the textures are high definition and painstakingly produced by hand with realistic cloth and a little grime detail to the material with a subtle mysical underpatern. The belt around the brim is decorated in Witches magic symbols. The peak of the hat is a flexi prim which moves and sways as you move. Looks great when you're dancing. Witches do dance don't they? All the textures blend seamlessly and the hat is made from two sculpted prims with a flexy prim making it just three prims. Just right click it and select wear. It will not effect your hair.
