A full-width lounge with curved panoramic windows overlooking the roof patio sits at the top of the house. This features a removable fireplace and two half-stairs leading down to the patio vestibule.

The vestibule provides access to the decked roof patio, with its option hot tub (with MLP), the optional sun loungers and the swimming pool.

A further stair case leads down from the vestibule to the lower level of the Skylander, which is divided into two well-sized bedrooms with panoramic angled windows to the front and rear, as well as windows on either side. The rooms are separated by a central hallway. The hallway ends in a set of double doors that provide access to the front porch / balcony.
